Bikers Have Heart |

May 18 & 19. D&S Harley-Davidson 11th Annual Bikers Have Heart. Each year D&S works with local doctors and the Miracle Network to find kids in the neighborhood who need help. Kickoff Party is Friday night, Yahtzee Run is Saturday This year, it's Brittany Miller. Brittany is a lovely 20-year-old SOU student who had severe complications to a simple case of the flu. She spent months on a ventilator at Stanford Medical Center, where they saved her life - but only after amputating her leg. A prosthetic company made a new custom leg for her, but her insurance refused to pay for it. So, D&S and its riders are going to help. There are three ways: 1. You can make a direct donation to our non-profit foundation, Bikers Have Heart. Send us a check or throw some cash into the jar by our Motorclothes counter. It all adds up. 2. You can plan on riding - or just showing up - for our annual Bikers Have Heart Yahtzee Run on May 18-19. 3. You can buy a new Harley-Davidson from us, donate $100 to our Bikers Have Heart fund, and we'll include $1,000 in Harley-Davidson Licensed Product in the deal. Let's help Brittany walk down the aisle for her wedding on Aug. 18. (For the complete story on Brittany, go to the Mail Tribune.) Bikers Have Heart is a 501C non-profit, started by D&S Harley-Davidson. Donations are tax-deductible.
